1. Overview
At The Executive, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every item we sell.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we regret that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, except in the case of a proven defect or incorrect item received.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We encourage customers to carefully review product details – including sizing, colours, and descriptions – before placing an order, as we are unable to accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or style chosen
- Change of mind
- Colour differences due to screen variations
- Any other reason not related to a manufacturing fault or error on our part
3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@execusuit.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence showing the fault or error
Once verified, we will assess the claim and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or credit at our discretion.
Please note that minor variations in colour, stitching, or fabric are not considered defects.
4. Returns for Incorrect Items or Defects
If a return is authorised due to a verified error or manufacturing defect:
- We will arrange collection via our courier partner, Bob Go, at no cost to you.
- Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
- Returned goods that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Suits and tailored garments
- Shirts, trousers, and accessories
- Sale or discounted items
- Any custom-made or altered products
6. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are only considered in cases where:
- The product is deemed defective or incorrect after inspection, and
- A replacement is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used for the original order.
