We use Bob Go (bobgo.co.za) to manage our shipping and courier network. Bob Go ensures reliable, trackable deliveries across South Africa and internationally when required.
3. Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment has been received.
- Delivery Times:
- Major cities: 2–5 business days
- Outlying areas: 5–7 business days

4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, weight, and dimensions of your order.
We do not currently offer free or flat-rate shipping promotions unless explicitly stated on our website.

We offer nationwide delivery within South Africa.
International shipping is available upon request – please contact us for a custom quote prior to placing your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

Couriers will make at least one delivery attempt to the address provided. If no one is available, the parcel may be held at a local depot or returned to us.
Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Damaged or Missing Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if you believe an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will liaise with Bob Go and the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Approved returns will be facilitated through our courier partners via Bob Go. Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
